In my opinion there are three really important
rights that gay people are entitled to. There are
many more, and I'll get to them eventually, but
here are the main 3:

1) Marriage- perhaps not in the religious sense of
the word, unless the couple's religion accepts
them, but certainly in the civil sense so that
they can recieve all of the benefits of marriage.
2) Equal Job Oppurtunity- This is pretty
self-explainitory. A few of my gay friends are
greatly discriminated against at their jobs, and
they just want to be considered the equals of
straight people who work there.
3) Safety- I don't exactly know how to title this
one. Basically, if you are gay, you should have
the right to walk down the street holding hands
with your partner without worrying about people
throwing things at yo uor yelling at you, etc.

Later on, i'll put in a few more arguments, but
those are the three that I believe to be most
important.
